At the PD with Garry and Kenney... went balls to the wall 1st cycle (5+ rounds), then died for the 2nd cycle (only 2+ rounds), haha. Evened back out for cycles 3-5... 95# power cleans touch&go all the way through. Push-ups unbroken 1st full cycle, then had to break them up after that.
