Did this once before (June 2012)... 7.5 round PR today!! Got a whole extra round + for each 3 min round... 95# power cleans touch & go the whole way through, push-ups unbroken for the 1st cycle only, then 3/3 for 2nd/3rd cycle, 2's and 1's for 4th/5th cycle... air squats fast and unbroken
