Notes

Thrusters 14-7, 9-6, 9. Best they've ever felt. Pull-ups were kind of all over the place. 10-5 (butterfly) -6(kip). 5-5(butterfly)-5 kip. 3(butterfly) -3-3(kip). Died at the end. Grip was just gone. This is a huge PR from last time so happy with this. Pull-ups could use improvement.
