Finally did this prescribed. Felt kind of trashed and weak today. Form on thrusters was crappy not using hips and exploding. First round broke up thrusters 11-10 pull-ups 11-10. Second round can't remember how I broke up thrusters or pull-ups because I split them up so much-sucky!!!!! Round 3 thrusters 5-4 pull-ups 6-3. Overall not happy with this but will at least have something to compare to in October.
