Felt not so great going into this today and then after the 15 thrusters had a total melt down. My whole body just felt terrible especially low back and calves and hand was starting to rip. Think I broke the 15 & 9 pull-ups into 3 or 4 sets each. Thrusters were unbroken but even on those was having pain in my left quad. Felt like crying half way through.
