warmed up at 185#. ethan recommended starting lift with moving with chest. kept good form after that. left knee a bit sore after (did push press after this). used a belt. 245# felt heavy, maybe could have gotten 5-10# more. reverse warm up. GM35#/Abmat/Push/Pull purple 16/16/16/7 1&2 16/16/16b/7b. shoulders still tight.
