felt good getting to higher weight. first time since shoulder & back injuries. used belt. stayed focused on keeping abs tight. did not attempt a 1 rep max due to Push Press EMOM after this. reverse warm up - AS/Abmat/Push/Pull purple 10/16/16/7, 10/16/16/7b, 10/16/16b/7b.
