12 seconds slower than last time, lame-o... Skipped my usual solo 0430 WOD to do the group WOD at 8 pm, because of my baby unicorn horn (swelling has gone down, but still really tender). Felt like I was tippy-toe'ing the runs because I'm scared of eating it in the dark... Tried to pay attention to my times like Mel said: 1st 400m was 1:53, 1st round total was 3:56, finished the 2nd round at 8:00... All KBS unbroken, pull-ups were 4/3/3/2, 3/3/3/3, 3/2/2/2/2/1
