We are what we eat, and today I felt like a big, fat cinnamon roll... late night at Disneyland. I was not excited when I saw the WOD this morning, lol... Not my best, but not my worst either (32 sec off my PR, 8 mo ago).... Runs felt super slow. KBS unbroken all rounds. Pull-ups 5/4/3, 4/4/4, 3/3/3/2/1 (couldn't hold on)... Hit my rounds at 3:33, 7:38, 11:49 (splits 3:33, 4:05, 4:11)
