My 1st butterfly Helen :) Stomach felt sick, was stressing myself out about PR'ing. Trying to ease the nerves, made my goal sub-15 (kidding, but not kidding) and butterfly pull-ups... butterflied all but 2 reps... 6/3/3, 5/3/2(kip)/2, 4/2's... hit my rounds at 3:32, 7:36, 11:50 (splits 3:32, 4:04, 4:14)... splits last time were 3:33, 4:05, 4:11... Only 1 second slower than last time. Will easily do better getting bigger sets on pull-ups that last round. Rest is longer bet sets with still learning.
