Not a PR but not bad either. Died with the front squats just from doing heavy FS this weekend. Also need to work on breaking my bad habit of not getting my head through. Thursters were 11-10/8-7/9 with some resting at the top. PU were much easier this time around 14-7/10-5/9 with very little rest between dropping off the bar.
