Notes

Thrusters went 8-7-6, 5-5-5, 6-3. Pull-ups 11-10, 10-5, 6-3. First round done in 2:14 then things slowed way down. Need to eat better. Right shoulder was hurting in the warm-up but didn't notice it as much during the WOD except in pull-ups. Definitely can go faster next time. Biggest changes this time around were butterfly pull-ups and squat cleans.
