Notes

I pretty much fell apart. First time back at 6 days. Used grips for the first time, Amazing. Push ups in smaller sets than usual. Sit ups good. Squats were a hot mess. First two rounds were torture. Round 3 really went slow and pushed back far, unbroken. Had to voodoo floss my left leg for squats round 4 and right during the last half of round 5. Glad I got through it. Positive note, I got some mobility out of it.
