Tried 4-4-1 on the cleans today hoping that might save a little for the jerks. But those still felt terrible. A lot of pinching in low back on those. Couldn't get a rhythm. Finished 3rd round at 4:49. By the 5th round I was over it. Knew I couldn't PR and just gave up. Mentally weak today and in a lot of pain. Failed some jerks the last round (4-1 fail-2).
