End of round 3 at 4:40. Died on last two rounds. Dropped at 11/8/6 all rounds. PJ felt terrible as usual on this workout-low back meh. Long week and definitely not 100% today so happy with this small PR all things considered. Next time would like to shoot for sub 8 and more efficiency in the jerks.
