OMG...jerks just about killed me. One of my worst movements so just happy I got through it. Low back was so fatigued by round four from arching so much. Jerks were mostly twos. One round of 3-3 and then twos and singles at the end. Failed 3 attempts total during the whole wod. Krista started to cue me to drop under the bar faster so that was helpful. Deads 11-1 into Cleans 4-4-1. First time prescribed so happy just to finish!
