3 seconds off my best...tripped twice on the last round...but I felt way better this time than the last time I did this! I felt really good and that I had a good energy level...pushed really hard on this and it felt good...first round unbroken then second round tripped twice then had to stop at 41 and then finished..last round tripped at 40 and then 45...deadlifts were unbroken and I felt like I could hang on much better...getting better!
