Huge PR from Sept 24th!! Freaking stoked! Last minute I just decided screw it and went buck wild on pull ups! First 3 or 4 rounds were 18 reps haha. Smashed my old numbers and just went hard. Push ups were garbage because of the pull ups but made up for it on all 3 of the other movements. NOBODY CARES, GO HARDER!! Love it!! Great push by a solid group class at 5pm!
