3 rep PR!!! ALL THE PR's this week! 2 Heros & 3 Benchmarks. Did this solo. At the soccer field all day but wanted to get it in. Just went for it. Had my old numbers right next to me to push me. It worked. Went KINNICK MODE on the squats. Most of them were practically jumping so that I could drop into the bottom rather than lowering. Much faster. Happy with this. Pull ups were tough. Used leather rogue v2 grips but took them off on the last round.
