Felt like my hands were going to rip the entire time on pull ups. Went easy and hit 10 per round. Should have hit 100 on those. Push ups were pretty decent hit 84. Did butterfly abmat this time instead of anchored feet so it was much harder. Sit ups were tough from the 110 ghd and 105 back extensions yesterday. Squats felt pretty good 159.
