So stoked about this PR!! Attacked this workout! Went hard out of the gate with 18 pull ups and just held on as long as I could. It felt awesome to really push myself on this. Push ups were strong but arms were fatigued from the pressing before and the pull ups. Still hit solid numbers. Sit ups were rough and squats i had to grind. Jona got on me on one round for depth but I fixed it and handled it. Fired up on this lifetime PR!!!
