Wow! To finally hit the Rx'd button on this wod feels so good! I'm so happy with this...I was completely doubting myself and I was scared because I haven't been able to do a muscle up on the regular rings in a long time...all kinds of mental stuff going on...glad I was able to shut off my brain and go...failed a whole lot of reps and then switched to magic rings and when I got on the magic rings and felt how easy it felt, that built my confidence up and I told myself I could get a muscle up and then I got one! I did a few rounds modified with magic rings...there were a couple of rounds where I could only get 1 muscle up but couldn't get the 2nd one then finally towards the end, I was able to get both muscle ups and complete a round...best feeling ever! Getting better!
