One step closer to Rx'd!! Did my muscle ups on the magic rings....no bands!!! yay!! Did my muscle ups in singles....couldn't string any together....hspu felt great! I felt super light! kb swings were unbroken and felt great too....definitely a lot of improvement from last time! Didn't get as many rounds with the bands but that was to be expected....I hope by the next time I do Nate, I'm doing it RX'd!!!
