Bummed that this wod came so early in the year since it's my goal to do it rx'd and I still don't have muscle ups yet...very disappointed and frustrated with myself today but I'm not giving up...hspu and KB swings felt great the KB feel lighter and lighter... I'm slightly annoyed that I'm moving every weight easier except for myself...failed my dip a million times...gotta keep the rings close! I can't wait until I can do muscle ups on regular rings...gotta keep at it...I know I'm close to getting one
