And there ya go!! Hit 250 for all reps :) This was my last 3RM, and only got 3-2-0 last week. Kept the bar closer this time. Still felt really heavy, but didn't feel nearly as heavy as it did last week... No dropping at all, lowered the weight for every single rep... Warm-up: 125, 160, 190, 220
