week 6, went up 10 lbs... I'm at 100% of my 3RM. Got all 3 the 1st round, then 2... tried twice for the 3rd rep but bar wouldn't budge... tried again on the 3rd round and couldn't get even 1. Body is probs fatigued from Badger yesterday. Try again next week.... warm-up: 125, 160, 190, 220
