Last back squat day was 2-1/2 weeks ago, missed last week and this Monday due to vacay... Did this alone after the 0830 WOD. Only went up 5 lbs per Ethan, due to time off squatting. This was my 5RM when we started the cycle... Felt really heavy from the get go, felt kind of lethargic starting this. Only got 4-3-1... Better than nothing, I suppose. Will do same weight again next week... Warm-up: 90, 125, 155
