Man, lower back was totally dead. Couldn't jerk at all, it was like a pansy push press :( 30 seconds faster than last time, but 15 seconds slower than my best which I did when I had zero injuries and I had been coming very consistently. So I'm glad with this considering everything! 9-6-5-2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1. Did too many singles. But I had to.
