Wow, stoked on this! First unbroken Amanda ever and I could easily go faster...Felt awesome, but wasn't expecting my muscle ups to feel that good, so rested quite a bit before grabbing the rings especially on the 5s. Snatches were butter, felt snappy. Favorite workout PR! :)
