So...was feeling good right up until I wasn't. Not really sure what happened, but just as I got to the top of the pull on rep #2 my left lower back said "I don't' think so" but I was already committed. I dumped it in the catch. Jake had illuminated me on a good pull, and this is the reward I give him and my back. Boo. Hope it is not too serious. Was feeling so good and looking forward to the WOD.
