Had to stop at 325 because I ran out of space on the bar! I really had no idea how this was going to go since I haven't done heavy deadlifts in awhile and I just finished strength class...HUGE thanks to Nick for going old school and pulling out the bands to keep my weights on the bar because the clamps and weights kept falling off! This felt sooo good...wanted to go heavier but it was nice to stay at this weight and stay consistent!
