Rough day! I dropped my food at work...then I get to the gym and realize I had no sports bra so had to leave to get one and missed a part of the warm up...the weight felt good but I think I shouldn't have done 340 for 2 reps prior to starting the EMOM....350 felt really heavy....I felt myself losing air...I just get so tired with EMOMs....especially since I'm working so close to my 1 rep max but I will get it....I think next time I will make 10lb jumps instead of 5lb jumps or when the weight feels heavy just stay at that weight and try to keep my endurance up...can't be too mad at these numbers, I did deadlift yesterday!
