Oh Nancy! This was a WOD! Did this after strength class....things felt ok until round 3 when my quads started to burn so I pushed harder.... and tried to run faster on the last two runs....ohs unbroken....gotta focus on staying in the heels when I'm trying to go fast...I miss running class...can't wait to get back on it this weekend! New target numbers for the warm up 16 air squats, 4 toes to bar, 13 push ups, 6 pull ups...hit all my numbers although Jeremy might debate whether my first round counted lol....good training day!!!
