Ohhhhh emmmmm geeeee!!!! I felt great during the WOD...afterwards though, I thought I was going to puke and die! I seriously could do nothing but lay there...really didn't feel good afterwards....but I PR'd so that makes it all worth it! I pushed hard on every run...I felt myself want to slow down and I forced myself not to...OHS unbroken but I went at a slower pace to rest up to hit the runs hard...didn't sprint through them until the last round....next time I am going to spring through the OHS and push hard on the runs...did this after front squatting in strength class....also worked on muscle up progressions before that....very happy with this #gainz
