Guess my PR streak couldn't last forever....really pushed hard on this but I lost my pace to PR on my 3rd round...I needed to have sprinted the squats from the beginning...pushed hard on the runs but this just tells me that I need to do more shorter distance runs instead of always doing long distance...I know I also weigh more than I did last time but everything else has been feeling good so I doubt that's the problem...I just need to keep working on the runs...endurance wise I feel good...I just need to be faster!!
