I don't know what I did to my back....but it hurts...it's been bugging me all day....on the 4th run I just felt my back tighten up and it just hurt so bad...I seriously wanted to stop....I hope it's just a case of I slept on it the wrong way and nothing serious....going to roll it out tonight.....so bummed....slowest Nancy time of my life! I actually feel like I was on track to match my previous time until that happened ugh!
