Yay!!! Finally got sub 15! Much love to CJ for the pep talk before the wod...she totally gave me a different way to think about it, which I think helped a lot on the wod! Pushed hard on the runs and tried to stay consistent...pushed really hard on that last run and it ended up being my second fastest run! Came in the door and got right on the squats (all unbroken and fast) and then headed back out the door...I'm really trying to work on having faster transition times! I really wanted that sub 15 bad...so glad I got it!!! As always, I had Nick in my corner pushing me along! He's the best! Runs were 1:58/2:25/2:31/2:31/2:23...very happy with this..usually with this many rounds of 400, I would have definitely been in the 2:40 range...getting better!!!
