Lol! Can’t remember the last time I’ve done an abmat for volume. It showed. My neck was killing me. Tripped a few times on doubles. Wore my new shoes. Maybe not the best idea but can’t blame the shoe. But did come untied in the 20’s and fully knotted. Struggle bus. Abmat was just slow. Splits: 1:50-1:45-1:27-1:11-:35 HR high didn’t record avg 145. Forgot mouthpiece which is super annoying. At least there weren’t any sprinkles which was amazing!
