Notes

Did this after powerlifting class....Used 2 blue bands....getting better at these...last time I was only able to get 7 and then 6 on my 2nd and 3rd set....this time I was able to get 8 for my 2nd and 3rd set...Focused on pulling up slowly....did ring dips in between each set...Jeremy had me get deeper into the ring dips on my final set...I did them strict instead of kipping...officially beat!!!
