Really sore today. So slow but happy to get the practice in on both of these movements. Havenβt snatched 95# in forever. John had me work on wider grip and sitting back in the snatch. Only failed 1 rep during round 1. Muscle-ups felt terrible to start and failed quite a few reps during round 1. Jackie gave me some really good cues. Eyes π forward was huge and last round felt so much better. Reps went: 2-singles/2-singles/3-2.
