Snatches at this weight were terrible for me. Failed lots of reps. So close to my max. Glad to just make it through this those. All singles with lots of rest in between. Muscle ups felt good today. 5-2-2, 3-2-2, 2-1-1-1. Actually caught a few reps with both arms turned over! Wohoo!!!
