Failed 4 snatches total workout-3 in round 1 and 1 in round 2. Nick started cueing me to sit back in my heels right away and that helped a lot. Was actually able to touch and go some reps. Round 1: 3-3-3. Round 2: 1-2-2-2. Round 3: 3-2. Muscle ups were 4-3-2/3-2-2/2-1-fail-1-1. Those my turn over sucked most reps but the one I failed I actually couldn't press out of it. PR so that's cool! 😎
