First time doing this Rx'd....I was ahead of Perry up until I got to the set of 15's on the hspu and I just died on my 12th rep....all downhill from there...but I survived! I was able to get big sets up until my shoulders died... Lower back is fried....gotta strengthen up the core some more....only gonna get better from here!
