Notes

Did this after running a mile....wasn't sure how this was going to go after all the muscle ups and push jerks yesterday but I'm happy with my score...my first 21 hspu were unbroken without having to pause...I was cranking them out it felt amazing! The I went 10/3/2, 4/3/2 deadlifts were unbroken...my goal is to do this wod unbroken and hopefully get sub 3:00...shoulders were on fire after this!
