Yay!!! Almost a 2 minute PR!!! Soooo excited! I've been waiting to do this WOD again! The goal was sub 5:00 so I'm very happy with this! Deadlifts fast and unbroken...155 has never felt this easy!!! I think I'm getting stronger! Did all 21 hspu without coming off the wall, just paused at the bottom...did 8/7 for the 15 and did all 9 without coming off the wall but pausing at the bottom...hspu are getting better...just going to keep working on them! #gainz
