14 minute PR!!! No big deal! Super excited about this! I haven't done hspu in awhile....need to get back on them so I can crank out more at a time! My rep scheme felt good though! I went unbroken on deadlifts did hspu in 7/7/7 then 8/7 then 6/3...I wanted to get all 9 on that last one but I felt like I might fail so I got off the wall....so excited about this! Getting better!!!
