Lower back tightened up a bit. Round 1 DU's 15 unbroken then 5. 1st run wasn't too bad. Lower back tightened more on round two and broke DU's in 7's. 3rd round DU's in threes and last run back was really tight. Had to walk a few steps to straighten out a bit. Improved my time.
