Notes

So last time I did this....I got to 145 but I hurt myself due to bad form and couldn't finish the workout. So this time I really focused on form so I started light again, made smaller jumps and this time the movement felt way better and I didn't hurt myself!!! I did get in my head a bit when I missed one of the reps at 140# because I didn't really come to a squat so I did 140# for a 3rd round. I only made one attempt at 145# and I just didn't feel it....but I do feel much better about this movement and this workout!
