Sooo mad at myself...hurt my hand on my second rep at 145 and that was all she wrote...I was just starting to feel good about the lift! I can put pressure on my hand so I feel good about that...hope it heals quickly....this was my first time doing this movement....I guess this will teach me to keep my elbows up.... :(
