Amazing PR on this lift! last time the highest I got was 135 and I could only do it for 1 rep...this time I started at 135!!! I definitely felt a huge improvement in my form and speed under the bar...Big thanks to Nick for encouraging me and pushing me...I need to gain some confidence in my Oly lifts....I get in my head very easily and lose faith in myself...very different mindset from when I do power lifts....maxed out afterwards and got 170# that's a 5# PR from what I hit at the Crossfit LaVerne competition and this is a huge EMOM PR for me! Very happy with this, but I know I have a lot more in me...just gotta get confident with it!
